Runway Digital Media, a full-service digital marketing and design agency, is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its India team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services, and driving mutual business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients for day-to-day activities, aligning their business objectives with our service offerings to deliver measurable results.

This position will directly report to the CEO. 

 

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Understand industry-specific challenges and tailor solutions to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and transparent communication to set clear expectations and avoid misunderstandings.
  • Manage prompt delivery of client projects.

 

Revenue Growth & Retention:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Set up and lead regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients.
  • Proactively address client concerns and adapt services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

 

  Strengthen Agency Reputation

  • Gather positive reviews and testimonials from satisfied clients to enhance the agency’s credibility in the market and generate referrals.
  • Educating clients about digital marketing trends to build trust and position the agency as a thought leader.

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in client relationship management within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Experience in managing large scale website projects, demand gen and nurture campaigns, ABM/DBM campaigns for B2B clients
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.

 

  • Strong knowledge of B2B digital marketing and campaign strategies, methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proposal development and pitch presentations
  • Proven track record of originating new opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Quick thinker; must possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, AI-based marketing tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Demonstrate a client-centric proactive approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on client deliverables.
