We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (US Healthcare) to join its team. This role is pivotal in generating revenue from new US healthcare clients and manage existing client relationships. If you are passionate about driving business growth in a B2B agency setting, then this role is for you! This position will directly report to the CEO.

  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Growth & Retention:

  • Identify, qualify and contact prospective Clients and schedule discovery calls.
  • Help craft sales proposals and guide prospects through discovery and proposal process.
  • Nurture prospects and close deals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services and solutions to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and healthcare industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Proactively address client concerns and adapt services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Set up and lead regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients.
  • Understand industry-specific challenges and tailor solutions to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

 

Strengthen Agency Reputation

  • Gather positive reviews and testimonials from satisfied clients to enhance the agency’s credibility in the market and generate referrals.
  • Educating clients about digital marketing trends to build trust and position the agency as a thought leader.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales/Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales/business development within a digital marketing agency or healthcare industry.

 

MUST HAVE

  • Strong network of connections in healthcare industry encompassing providers, payers, wellness clinics, startups and other healthcare related businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B digital marketing and campaign strategies, methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven track record of originating new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Proposal development and pitch presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, AI-based marketing tools and MS Office Suite.
